St. Anne’s Community is composed of three Sisters of a different ethnic milieu. Sr.Sabithamol Anthoniamma, the superior, is from India. Sr. Carole Mello is American and of Portuguese heritage and Sr. Anne Marie Legendre who is also American and of French Canadian heritage.

Our house is in Fall River Massachusetts and very near to St. Anne’s Hospital which is convenient since Sr. Sabitha is a nurse and works in the cardiac care unit at the hospital.and Sr. Carole is a chaplain and in charge of pastoral care at the hospital.

Sr. Anne Marie is the secretary for the area of the USA and works in Dighton, Massachusetts. She assists Sr. Ascension, the provincial, secretary in her work.

We belong to the Catholic Community of Fall River Parish which consists of three parishes which have joined together as one parish. We attend Mass in one of these churches and attend the pastoral planning meetings. We are also involved in parish activities such as the soup kitchen and food pantry.
