“We must help each one to achieve personal wholeness in faith and liberty, to base her life on deep convictions, and to discern her place in the Church and in the world.” C. 33

Dourdan Community is in Dighton, a small rural town of Massachusetts, USA.

The community is composed of three (3) perpetually vowed sisters engaged in different services. One sister is treasurer of the USA sector. Another sister serves as chaplain at Saint Anne’s Hospital, founded by the Congregation in 1906 and is in Fall River, Massachusetts. The third is an elder sister, who assists when needed, in Formation and administrative tasks. The community provides various services to the Dighton community when there’s a need.

Dourdan community is the Formation community for the Province’s US section. Its Formation-related responsibilities are exercised whenever there is a woman in formation. The community hosts “Come & See” visits for women who are discerning religious vocation and interested to know more about our Congregation.
